Only 25% of managers say they have gained real, tangible value from social media.
Why? Not because it can’t deliver but because without a strategy, grounded in solid research, tactics will not deliver a ROI.
So many companies experiment without a clear objective strategy and are then confused why they can’t see value.
Generally 1/4 projects are doomed to fail. If you don’t invest in getting your strategy right the risk is you are 3/4 likely to waste your resource.
Don’t cheap out on good strategy.
